Background

Bella All Natural, a well-established brand with a strong social media presence and successful DTC performance, faced significant challenges expanding its success on Amazon. Despite generating approximately $40,000 in monthly sales, the brand struggled with profitability due to an ACoS of nearly 70%.

 

In addition, multiple operational and compliance issues, including FDA and food safety documentation requests, resulted in product suspensions and reduced visibility across key listings.

In late 2022, the brand partnered with us to conduct a comprehensive account audit aimed at identifying underlying issues and recovery opportunities. Through this audit, we resolved compliance concerns, reinstated blocked ASINs, and optimized account operations to restore sales momentum.

  • Product Blockage and Compliance Issues: Several top-performing products were blocked due to food and safety compliance checks. Amazon repeatedly requested documentation, often unnecessarily, causing delays in reinstatement and disrupting sales momentum.

 

  • Lack of Listing Optimization: Product titles, bullet points, and descriptions were not aligned with Amazon SEO best practices, leading to poor search visibility and reduced conversion rates. In some cases, Amazon restricted listing content updates, further limiting optimization efforts.

 

  • Inefficient Advertising Strategy: The brand relied on the Flywheel 2.0 tool for PPC campaigns, which failed to target relevant keywords effectively. Brand keywords and audience targeting opportunities were underutilized, while a lack of negative targeting led to wasted ad spend and a high ACoS.
