To maximize visibility, we launched targeted Sponsored Brand and Sponsored Product campaigns, focusing on category-relevant and branded keywords. Continuous optimization ensured that ad spend was directed toward high-converting terms, driving consistent growth in both impressions and conversions.
2. Product Feedback & Returns Optimization.
We conducted a deep analysis of refund and customer feedback reports to identify key areas for improvement. Based on insights gathered, we collaborated with the client to address recurring product quality concerns, improve packaging, and update product descriptions for better customer clarity.
