The lack of differentiation made it difficult for the brand to justify its pricing and stand out in search results filled with similar offerings.

Inventory Management Issues

Frequent stockouts of top-selling SKUs and overstocking of slower-moving items led to major performance instability. These fluctuations disrupted organic ranking momentum, reduced sales velocity, and tied up cash flow. We completely revamped DESKIT’s visual identity across its product listings, A+ content, and Amazon Storefront. Through improved product photography, cohesive color schemes, and enhanced brand storytelling, we positioned DESKIT as a professional, trustworthy, and quality-driven brand not just another budget supplier.

 

To maximize visibility, we launched targeted Sponsored Brand and Sponsored Product campaigns, focusing on category-relevant and branded keywords. Continuous optimization ensured that ad spend was directed toward high-converting terms, driving consistent growth in both impressions and conversions.

 

2. Product Feedback & Returns Optimization.

 

We conducted a deep analysis of refund and customer feedback reports to identify key areas for improvement. Based on insights gathered, we collaborated with the client to address recurring product quality concerns, improve packaging, and update product descriptions for better customer clarity.
